2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account with dbtk1 you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times. dbtk1 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any part of the dbtk1 platform. This requirement is absolute and is verified at account opening and prior to any withdrawal.
2. Identity: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number linked to your preferred payment method.
3. One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active dbtk1 account. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed without refund of balances.
4. Own use: You must play exclusively on your own behalf. Operating an account for another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
5. Funding source: All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. dbtk1 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Funds must be of legitimate origin and must not represent proceeds of criminal activity.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

dbtk1 offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload bonuses to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

1. All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — the minimum total bet amount that must be placed using the bonus funds before any winnings from those funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms.
2. Bonuses may only be used on games and markets specified in the applicable promotion terms. Using bonus funds on excluded games or markets may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
3. dbtk1 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to the bonus being claimed. Once claimed, bonus terms remain fixed for that specific instance of the bonus.
4. Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
5. dbtk1 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reclaim any bonus if there is reasonable evidence of abuse, exploitation of a technical error, collusion, or breach of these Terms. Any winnings generated using the bonus funds may be voided and the bonus balance removed without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the dbtk1 platform — including software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, images, audio, video, and the overall design and arrangement of the platform — is the exclusive property of dbtk1 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use dbtk1 solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the dbtk1 platform without prior written permission from dbtk1. Unauthorised use of dbtk1 intellectual property will be treated as a material breach of these Terms and may be subject to legal action.
